Process

Your AC tune-up works like this:

We set a date for your tune-up
One of True Home's friendly customer service reps can help schedule or confirm your tune-up appointment over the phone. On the day of your scheduled tune-up, your technician call about 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let you know they're on their way.
We make 16 essential system adjustments
Your technician will arrive, park their vehicle along the side of the road, and ask you a few questions about your AC's performance over the last few months. From there, your tech will complete the 16-point tune-up and clean up his or her work area.
We bring our findings to your attention
If your technician thinks that a part within the AC could cause issues in the near term, they'll inform you of the situation. From there, you get to decide on what's best for your system. We can always come back a few months later and make sure things haven't gotten worse.
We send you a follow-up survey
Your tune-up should help your furnace run more efficiently and keep your home cooler all summer long. While you're enjoying that cozy comfort at home, we'll send over a follow-up survey to make sure you're 100% satisfied with the work we performed for you.
